Computer Games (15/10)

Computer games are the best thing in the world. It can let you do anything you want in the game and there won’t be any consequences. People can do a lot of things in the computer games but they can’t do it in the real world. It can also entertain people and also let people think while they are playing games. There are many kinds of computer games such as shooting games, adventure games, and arcade games. Shooting games are games that mostly include shooting. People in the world mostly won’t shoot in the real world because there will be consequences. But in the computer games, you can shoot as many people as you want and you don’t need to worry about anything in the real world because it’s just a virtual world. It can let you experience different condition that you can’t experience in the real world. Another example will be adventure games. Adventure games are games that the character can go different places and start adventures. People in the world mostly won’t just go different places and start adventures just because they want to.. But people will still want to do that. People won’t do that is because it’s too dangerous. Adventure games will be a good solution for that. People can go adventure in the virtual world and in the real world, they will sill be safe. It is good because it let people do what they want and they won’t need to consider any safety.

Arcade games are game that is for entertaining people such as pac-man or tetris. It is good for brain because while you are playing the games, you swill need to think a lot in order to play. Some games can also increase the intelligence of people which is also good for people. People also can get entertainment from arcade games. Since they got a lot of stress from the real world, they can release some of the stress by entertaining themselves by the games. Although those games requires some thinking, it won’t cost a lot of thinking comparing to the real world. It is very useful when you got a lot of stress. Computer games can let people experience different condition and also let people still thinking while they are playing games. It is the best entertainment in the world and people should go try it.

Flowers for Algernon (14/10)

Flowers for algernon is an interesting book which is about increasing someone's intelligence. The main character, Charlie, was an mentally challenged who has only 68 of IQ but after the increase of intelligence experiment, his IQ got to 3 times than before which is about 204. Before, he doesn't know anything. People make him do jobs that doesn't require lots of knowledge. Charlie also doesn't know how to interact with other people. After the operation, his life changes a lot. His life start to have something good happened and something bad happened. His intelligence boost up a lot which makes him very smart and he knows a lot of things afterward. But at the same, his intelligence also make him different from the rest of the people because he's too smart. He starts to let other people to feel inferior complex. He also realizes what he was treated before he did the operation. After a period of time, his intelligence starts to regress due to the effect of the operation. He starts to turn back to the "old" Charlie but his memory is still exist. He still remember all the things he did when he was at IQ of 204. At the end, he decides to move out and start a new life.

Shawshank redemption (13/10)

Shawshank redemption is an interesting movie because it talks how a prisoner escape from a high security prison. In this movie, a banker who is charged for murder his wife but actually he didn't kill his wife. Because of that, he was put in jail. In the jail, he met a lot of friends and he also use his skill on doing financial calculation and start to help the guards in the prison on any financial problems. During this time, he also found out who actually kill his wife but the guards kill the person who knows who killed the banker's wife first to prevent banker to get out of the jail. When the banker is in jail, he also write letters to the government to build a library in the jail and try to help the prisoners to reeducate again. At the end, he use a hammer to make a hole on the wall of the cell and get out of the jail in the storm night. All the guards are shocked when they know the banker is out of the jail because the banker has all their financial evidence. The banker also met a person who later become his best friend. The reason why the movie title is called "Shawshank redemption" is because that the name of the prison is called Shawshank and from that jail, the banker got his redemption. So that's why the movie is called "Shawshank redemption"

Inception (12/10)

Inception is a very interesting movie because the story line is great and the sound effect is awesome. Inception is a movie about using dreams to steal secret from someone's mind. The group of people steal the precious information from someone's mind when their mind is in the least protection condition which is dreaming. They make the victim goes into a dream that they created and try to get the information from the victim. During the movie, people will start to feel exciting because they travel not only one layer of dream but three layers which means that they travel to a dream within a dream and within another dream. In dream, they also need to be careful of the problem that they might stuck in the dream and not wake up. So it's also dangerous to travel to dream. They also try to plant information into victim's mind and make them develop the idea as they wake up. At the end, they successfully plant an idea into victim's mind and the victim really do as they want.

Geometry (11/10)

Geometry is a branch of mathematics which involves different shapes and solids. Geometry is using the shapes to solve problems or using math to solve geometric problem. There are also many category under Geometry such as surface area and volume and angles and distance. In our everyday life, there are many different problems that involves shapes and length. with geometry skill, we can solve those problem easily. Geometry can also let us know more about an solid object. For example, the structure of a crystal. Geometry can help us calculate the details of the object such as the surface area or volume of it. Geometry is very interesting because it can solve for any kind of shape which means that it is forever useful and it can be use at any time. I like geometry because I can enjoy the different world of shapes and discover every detail of it.

Braid (10/10)

Braid is a computer games which involve using time to achieve the goal. In this game, time can be changed by stopping it, letting it go backward, or letting it go forward. This is a puzzle game which means that some part of games will need player to think a way to solve the puzzle. Sometimes the place where the character is will also affect the time of the game. For example, there is one part that when character go forward, the time will go forward. When the character go backward, the time will go backward. When the character stops, the time stops. There is also a level which the movement of the character is opposite to the movement of the time. I think this is a fun game because you can use your brain and start to think how to use the time and location wisely in order to solve the puzzle. Sometimes the puzzle looks easy, but in fact it is hard. Sometimes even you want to do something, the time won't allow you to do it. So I think this game is very interesting

Spore creation (9/10)

Spore is a computer game that can let people know the evolution of an organism. It starts from a single celled organism to a civilization and it will become an empire in the future. The purpose of the game is to try to enjoy the fun from being an single-celled organism and develop into an hugh empire which can dominate a group of star system or even the whole universe. During this time, the organism will have to start to form into group of organisms and develop into a tribe and later a city. As the evolution continues, the intelligence of the organism will increase and their technology will start to improve. This is a fun game because when you are playing this game, you will know what happened during the evolution process. You can know more about how organisms are evolved from cells to a huge empire. In the end, a huge empire will be formed and start to meet other empires and you can decide whether to make peace or have war with other empires. This is also the fun part because the decision will decide the future of your empire.

One day in school (8/10)

Today I had Language art class as the first block of school. I like this class because it's interesting. We can read different kinds of books and study their meaning and let ourself enjoy the world of words. This class can make me learn how powerful are the words. Change one word can simply twist the whole meaning of a phrase. Twist the whole meaning can brings different reaction or results. After language art class, I had humanity class. This class is about learning history and geography. In this class, we can learn different places and their history. We can also know what happened in the past and also the found and decline of a society which is very interesting. We can also discuss how geography can affect the history. After that, is the math class. In math class, we learn the techniques of using math to solve different problems. In the class, I found out that math is quite useful in everyday life because it can solve a lot of problems that might occur in our life. During the afternoon of the class, which is science and music. Science class is fun because we can do a lot of experiment and discuss how things work. It can also let us understand the techniques of the stuff in our everyday life. Music class is also fun because we can let ourself enjoy the world of music. We sing, play instrument, and also compose music during music class. It's also a fun class. This is the life of one day in school

Countries in Latin America (7/10)

Peru: Peru has about 496,225 square miles area. It is the fourth largest country in Latin America. It also has a lot of river flow through Peru. For example: Amazon river. So there are many rich soil in Peru. It There are also a high mountain in Peru called Andes. Most of the country in Lain America are hot because it is close the the equator. But in Andes, Andes mountain can let the weather cool down. So it is not hot as other country in Latin America. There are many farming in Peru.

Brazil: Brazil is the largest country in Latin America. Brazil has share the border with most of the country. Brazil has a lot of Amazon rain forest in the country. At the south of the Brazil. Most of the People live in the Brazilian highland. Because that place is suitable for farming. Because Brazil is big, So there are a lot of different climate. Most of the Brazil are tropical climate. Because it is close to the equator. In the Amazon Basin, there is equatorial rainforest. There are semi arid climate in the north east of the Brazil. There are subtropical in the South of the Brazil.

Mexico: Mexico is surrounded by water. Mexico is close to the Pacific Ocean and Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean sea. Mexico is located south of the USA. There are a lot of Volcano in the central Mexico. Because south of the Mexico is located near to the water. So there are humid climate in the South of the Mexico. At the north of the Mexico because it doesn’t close to any water and it doesn’t has a lot of river flow through. So there are many desert at the north of the country.

How do we get here? (6/10)

There are many theory about how did we get here. There are two main theory which is we are created by the god and another is we evolve from from other animals. Most of the people support the theory of evolution, but there are some people support that we created by the god and the god created the world for us.
The theory of evolution is start from the formation of the Earth. At the beginning of the Earth, the Earth is still covered by the lava and there is no oxygen there. After few years, the temperature of Earth decrease and the lava become ocean. Suddenly, there is a lightning strike to the ocean and created the first life. The first life was created in the ocean. After few years, the first life evolve into another species. After many years, the organism which live in the ocean begin to live on the land and breathe with the lung. And the animal with the lung will soon evolve into animal that can adapt to the environment. The natural selection occur during the evolution. The same species have the similar trait. Those trait can help them survive and adapt to the environment. During the natural selection, the species will use their trait to survive. The one survive in the environment will keep the trait and pass it to another generation. After long time of period, from invertebrate to vertebrate and to mammal and finally become monkey. The monkey is the animal that is most alike to the human. The people who support the evolution believes that human are evolve from the apes. They think we are the apes that stand with two legs and without the legs.
For the people who believe we created by the god, they think the god created the Earth and all the animal at a same time. The god create the ocean, land, animals, Earth, planet, humans, monkeys, fish at a same moment. They believe that animals can’t evolve from one animal to another animal. Although the animal in same species are look different, but they won’t evolve to animal. They think it is impossible to evolve.

System of government (5/10)

Throughout the whole history, human created different kind of system of government for govern citizens. Some system failed and some system succeed which is still use in modern day. There are many kind of system of government. For example, communism, democracy, dictatorship, and socialism. Communism is a kind of system which all people are equal. No one is better than the others which means that everyone will have the same amount of wealth. Democracy is another kind of system which citizens have the right to vote for a leader. Dictatorship is when a leader that controls everything within the society such as everyones' wealth, food, and goods. Socialism is a kind of system which is like between dictatorship and democracy but instead of let everything to be equal, socialism is more focus on letting the society to take care of citizens' life. Every kind of system has advantage and disadvantage. For example, communism can make everyone to become fair but the rich people wouldn't want to live under communism because their wealth will be given to those poor people. Dictatorship, a system which can do everything fast and efficient but citizens will have very less rights. Socialism, it doesn't have strong advantage or disadvantage. So some countries in modern day still use socialism as the government. In the history, we can see that people create different system of government to govern people. Every systems will have different effect and sometimes it might cause an society to collapse

Death Penalty (4/10)

Death Penalty is a kind of legal punishment which makes a criminal die. People has different point on death penalty. Some people believe death penalty is very cruel and immoral because no one can decide whether to take away a person's life or not. Some people believe that it is fair and economical because it can effective solve the problem by giving equivalent punishment to the criminal just as the victim suffered. Death penalty can also save a lot of money for the government because the government doesn't need to pay for the people after executed. If the criminal just put into the jail, then government still need to pay money for the keeping them in the prison. I believe that Death Penalty is fair and economical because if the criminal take away the victim's life, then the criminal should also deserve the same equivalent punishment just like how the criminal did to the victim. It's not a cruel penalty because that's what the criminal should deserve so death penalty shouldn't be labeled as a cruel and immoral punishment. Death Penalty also can comfort the emotion of the family of the victim. The family of victim wouldn't want to face the inequivalent punishment. If a criminal kills a person but the criminal only get imprisonment punishment, then it will be unfair to the victim and also the family of the victim. So death penalty is a good solution for executing the criminals.
